That kids TV show with the bag of sunshine?

The memory is very fuzzy so I’m not sure if anyone is even going to know what I’m talking about. I believe it was a show from early 2000’s to late 90’s but I remember in a scene there was a bag (kind of more like a sack) that had an image of a sun on the sack ( I think ) and it kept opening and flying away and they were trying to contain it. It was windy. I can’t remember what the characters looked like at all. That’s all i got!
