Cigar City Maduro Brown Clone

I posted yesterday on the critique thread, but I was pretty late. I am trying to clone (or at least get close to) Cigar City's Maduro Brown - let me know what you think of this for a 3 gallon BIAB:

Grain: Mashed at 155F

4# Maris Otter

.5# Munich

.5# Flaked Oats

.3# Chocolate Malt

Hops:

.5 oz EKG @ 60

.5 oz Fuggles @ 10

Yeast:

S-04 or Wyeast 1450, if available at LHBS

In Secondary:

.5 Cup of Espresso

1.5 oz Cacao Nibs

1 Vanilla Bean
