[A-Level Chemistry: Gas Volume Calculations]

Hi, I'm struggling with this for quite a bit. I did find out that Oxygen is in excess but I have no idea what to do next. The answer is supposed to be 200cm³ apparently but I can't figure out how to solve this. Please lend me a hand
