Offline Spot round Demand draft refund from IPU

How to get the refund of demand draft,I Got seat alloted in IPU spot round(offline) now I don't want the seat,but i have submitted all my documents and also gave the Demad Draft,please tell me how I can get my refund of 96k and my original Documents?
