NY State refund never arrived.

The check refund status showed Feb 21 as the scheduled issue date but it hasn’t arrived yet. It does say to wait up to 15 days after the scheduled date to see if it shows in your account. I’d hate to wait another 2 weeks for this - anyone else been in this situation?
