Coffee and IVF
There is a lot of information about limiting or avoiding caffeine while TTC/doing IVF, and honestly, it stresses me out. A cup of freshly brewed coffee is such a big part of my life.
I don’t drink any commercial coffee, not even the beans. I only source organic coffee from a small farmer, roast it myself, and brew it using a French press. I usually have just one before noon, but I’m wondering—how much is too much?
I guess I am looking for reassurance or personal experiences with coffee. Has anyone here continued drinking coffee during IVF? Did you make any modifications? I’d like to hear what you have done and if I really need to cut it out completely.
