In 2024, we started a farmhouse airbnb in Mulshi (near Pune and Mumbai) called Kokan Kinara.
After working in corporate for a year in Mumbai, I realised that there are very few cliched places you can actually go to spend a peaceful weekend if you live in Mumbai or Pune — Imagica, Alibaug, Lonavala. These places have been overhyped, congested and are becoming more and more expensive. This is why we started Kokan Kinara, a farmhouse in Mulshi, a place at an hour's drive from Pune and 3 hrs from Mumbai.
