My ( 31m ) penis isn’t getting erect in sex despite using medicine, need help.

I (31m) got married last December to my wife (25f). We both are virgin. So far we have tried 6 days of sex. At first time we were doing forplay, my penis got erected and loosed later as we were doing forplay for like 40-50 mins, it got erected I applied lube on penis head but erection got loosened till I find vagina hole and it never got erect again in that night. I got scared coz I have done a lot of smoking, drinking and mastrubation before marriage. So I went to sexologist doctor next day. He gave me three tabs. Buletrip sr 150 , Ed forte ( 1.3gm!!! ) both taken in morning after dinner and tadafil 2.5mg taking before eating at night. Since i had went to him at night , I took only tadafil that day. We were having sex that night and my penis got good erection this time and we had oral sex but it was late at night 1-2am and we had to get up early so we didn’t done penetrative sex that night. Next two day I took all tabs but we had no sex since there was no time. Next night we tried again but got no erection. I tried penetrative motion for few minutes and I got really good erection. We tried for penetration but I wasn’t able to penetrate her. I had dropped lube on her vagina and my penis instead of going in her it was going down of vagina. Tried to put it in her straight but penis head was bending and going down. We tried for 5-10 mins? but no success. We thought it must be because of lube. After penis getting flaccid we stopped and decided to try next day at morning. Didn’t do it in morning but at last night again my penis didn’t got erect at all!!!!!, no erection despite penetrative motion. I’m feeling so much guilt.

Before marriage I have done a lot of smoking and alcohol ( 8 year smoking, 3 year alcohol ). I had habit of mastrubating on weed. I have used mastrubators. Penis head isn’t that sensitive like before. Despite she giving me blowjob I felt nothing. I used to be depressed for quiet time and had always anxiety. I did magic mushroom trip and complete depression gone and a lot of anxiety.

Not getting penis erect is taking a lot a toll on mental health, please help.
