Help a brother out

I want to build a gaming PC at around 60 to 80K. Can someone help with the best possible configuration at this price range. Most importantly best Graphics card + processor combo.

While vast storage is not an immediate need.

Also, amongst the online providers as modXComputers, who provides better value for the components.

Sometimes, I wish to buy a laptop at the same price range instead of a PC build. Will laps offer better specs, apart from the obvious fact that they are portable unlike an assembled PC

I know what I ask is a tedious task. But I wanted to build a PC since childhood. Now that I am able to afford it on my own, I don't want to let that hobby die.
