First pc build help

Budget: around 60k(not including monitor, keyboard and mouse etc)

I need this mostly for learning things like programming, 3d modelling, rendering and all and light gaming ig at 1080p high settings or maybe 2k at low to medium settings?. 60-100fps is good enough for me. Idk which games I'll play tho.

I first thought of it 1200f and rtx 4060 but software like blender needs more vram so I am thinking of choosing 3060 for that 12gb vram instead of 8gb but the 4060 comes with newer tech and has less power consumptions so idk which one should I choose. Please suggest me a good enough build for my requirements.

I am not going to be building this in this month tho, I can wait a few months if the prices will go down
