Suggestions for " how do I start preparing myself to get in a good University outside of India on full or atleast a good scholarships for my masters. (I'm currently in my 2nd year of undergrad from University Of Delhi)

I'm a college student currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science from an esteemed university in India. I want to pursue my higher studies from outside India...what options do I have, I mean like what universities should I apply to and which of them would grant me full scholarships or atleast a good one?(I'm currently in my 4th semester of uni) Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. my_qualifications- B.Sc Mathematical Science(UoD)(4th semester)
