Proposal planning at "Fujisan Bridge of Dreams"

Planning on proposing to my partner on the Yumeno Ohashi Bridge next month. I know this place has gained a lot of popularity over the past year, so I wonder if I can avoid most if not all the crowd if I get there really early, ~6:30-7am? I will have a rental car, so I'm pretty flexible with time.

My backup plans are a few spots around lake kawaguchiko but the bridge is definitely on top of my list!
