Powerbuilding 3.0 Row question
I'm going to graduate to 3.0 to try it out. I bought all the stuff and im making my app program and for some weeks it just says "chest supported row" - In previous programs that would say "Chest supported dumbell or tbar" Anyone know which specific they mean in this program?
I don't have a machine for rows so I usually put a bench near the cable machines and want to make sure I pick the correct bar.
