I see everyone try to crack down all the details, of Kendrick's performance but I haven't seen anybody explain the "Game Over screen".
Just as the title says, I see everybody all over the Internet try to connect the dots everywhere. The amount of starts on Uncle Sam's jacket and other stuff like that.
But what's the real meaning behind the whole show? It's obviously a critique towards the America in its current state. What kind of message is Kendrick really trying to send?
In the middle of the game you can see Uncle Sam deducting one life from Kendrick, this assuming he has a total of 3 left him with two. By the end of the performance after Not Like Us, and TV Off both played Kendrick loses at "the great American game". What does that mean? Is he trying to tell us he has no more hope left in America and its people? Or does he fail to make a statement that moves the people? I don't really get that one.
