Can’t stream all of a sudden

I use my MacBook to stream my Elgato from my ps5, I’ve had no issues until yesterday. Now I stream and it constantly disconnects then just streams a black screen that appears to be loading while just outputting my audio. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix or what changed suddenly? Thanks in advance
