Why does Limp Bizkit hate Canada?

Alright, that was an intentionally attention grabbing headline. I don’t believe they hate Canada, but it’s really unfortunate how little they’ve toured here.

I looked it up, and they’ve only played west of Ontario once. In 1997. On Warped Tour.

Surely there must be enough demand to make it economically feasible, but maybe I’m out of touch. Maybe the fanbase just isn’t here?
