IL MAKIAGE CARD SCAM
Last night, I accepted the free full size trial makeup offer. IL MAKIAGE said I would pay $5.00 shipping. They attempted, instead, to take $82.00 from my debit card. The bank declined the transaction as I suspected they would.
This is what I did (and what anyone else should do if this also happened to you.)
Call your bank fraud department and have them place a stop payment on IL MAKIAGE because they will keep trying to run the card.
The bank told me I MUST write to IL MAKIAGE, REVOKING any preauthorization (which They place in there).
Their makeup may look good but it was too good to be true.
