Best place to store and divide money?

Recently graduated (23M), and secured a job. My plan is to split my salary into three parts: 50% needs 30% wants/sinking fund 20% emergency fund/ investments For the 50% needs, my main account would be tng e-wallet as I also have the debit card for it. I do keep track of all my spendings on my phone app. My main question is for the emergency fund and sinking fund, is there a preferred place to store the emergency fund and sinking fund? Any specific bank/specific account or applications?

Right now I only have a public bank account which has many technical problems.
