Arbiterstudio Magnetic Switches
I attempted to gather information on how the switches from keyboard manufacturer Arbiterstudio function, as I wanted to build my own PCB using them. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any relevant details. I tried to draw comparisons with the Wooting keyboard, which is well-documented and has been used by others to build custom keyboards with the Lekker switch. However, the PCB design appears to be quite different.
To investigate further, I opened my Polar 65 keyboard. I was surprised to find that its internal structure is much simpler and different compared to the Wooting. There doesn't seem to be any sensor in the switch or on the keyboard to detect keypresses.
