Does having multiple school suspensions affect enlistment?

I was suspended five times during high school. Will that be a problem for enlistment? I never had any legal issues, but I know that things like that can be seen as evidence of antisocial behavior. I also saw on the medical history form that there is a question asking if I’ve ever been suspended or expelled. Has anyone been able to enlist with multiple school suspensions?
