My Enchantment Table is NOT Working!!!

I've been at this for nearly an hour. Praying this sub can help. Maybe it's the layout of my house? I've researched and surfed this sub and I've tried it ALL!! 15+ blocks showing at all times, 5x5 square (fourth photo), and other approved formations - NOTHING works!!! It always gives me this (third photo). Not even reaching level two!! I'm so burnt out over it lmao.
