What do we all do?!

Hi.. this is not a job search post! I am just curious what you all do to allow you to stay home and work with your toddler. Currently in a role that is essentially a call center with my two year old and it is impossible. I have five years of working experience and a degree from an Ivy league, and have zero luck with remote work besides my current job. I am really not looking for a huge career, I just want to help support my family and stay with my baby. Not searching for a job, would just love to hear what you guys do (that is not phone call based) for some inspiration!!! Feeling so desperate and need some positive encouragement that theres positions out there like this!
