Graphics look grainy/pixelated?

Everything in my game lacks definition; you can see little pixels in people's hair and clothes and everything looks like shit. I've tried just about everything in graphics display settings and I don't know what else to try. Graphics drivers are up to date too.

I wanted to post this with screenshot but they seem to not show what I'm talking about.

Specs: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12600K, and 24GB Ram.

Are my specs lacking or could this be a monitor thing?
