4 months to make IBYMBYBMYL?

Since the band was created after Gerard witness the attacks on 9/11 and I Brought You My Bullets You Brought Me Your Love came out Jan 1, 2002 if my math is mathing that means they created the band and wrote/recorded the songs in the span of 4 months. I had this realization today how short of a time that was, it really makes me appreciate the album even more. It’s so raw and the timeline makes it even more so.
