26 M looking for roommate to renew lease(Apr 1st move-in) in Bushwick apt. Rent is $1500

So my roommate is moving out at the end of our lease on March 31st. Looking for someone to resign the lease with me(I'm not the landlord) beginning April 1st and ending April 1st 2026. Rent is $3200($1700 me, $1500 you because my room is a little bigger). Utilities are around $100-150 each. Apartment is located on Himrod st between Knickerbocker an Myrtle Ave.

Open to mid-March move-in if needed

The apartment is a 975 sq ft 2-bd 1-br duplex. My previous roommate and I both had enough space to work from home.

I've lived in this apartment for 3 years now and I've loved living here. The landlard is responsive and helpful. The grocery store, gym, and laundromat all within a block of the apartment. The local food around here is delicious. Maria Hernandez Park is like a 6 minute walk away. M and L subway line are around 5-10ish mins away respectively. The other tenants are respectful and quiet on weeknights

As for me, I'm a 26 M, work for Aon as a consultant(won't say my salary, but I make over 90k a year), and have a cat(in the pics). I've been told that I'm pretty chill, surprisingly clean, a little dorky, and easygoing. I'm open to rooming with both M/F. Trying to have someone to sign the lease with by mid-March.
