I’ve never felt so proud of myself

I’m adopted growing in a white household striped me of my natural hair for years, don’t get me wrong my parents are absolutely amazing and I love them so much and they are great parents..I would be nothing without them but sometimes I wish I was able to embrace my Afro - Latina side and really understand where I’m from. After two years of painful hair appointments, oil treatments and tears I went through I’m proud to show off my beautiful hair!
