Percentiles from baby to almost 1yo

Just curious if this is something I should be concerned about. My LB was born 2.72kg and 9th percentile for weight and 48cm in length making him on the 16th percentile.

He just had his 12m check up and he's shot up to 91st percentile for his length measuring at 79cm and 88th percentile weighing in at 10.85kg.

Should I be concerned by this massive jump?
