What's with all the canceled orders?

New egg keeps canceling my order claiming it's OOS but then I see it's back in stock a few mins later after my order was voided. This is the 2nd time I managed to check out and my order was canceled! Facebook CS assured me I'd be placed on a priority list of some kind but I am still waiting. I also just called CS and they told me no such list exists. So it seems like a case of CS telling buyers whatever they want to hear. I'd appreciate it if someone from NE could clear up why this has been happening to me and probably others.
