Just got out of an interview and... help?

So I just got out of an interview for a service desk position, and the interviewer surprised me with night hours 7pm-7am 3 times per week with 1 or 2 of those days being remote. The thing I'm worried about is my social life. I've read from a lot of people on this app that they don't have social lives. Plus, on your days off, youre supposed to continue your sleep schedule that you had if youre working. So, the pay boost isn't worth wrecking your life physically, socially, and mentally. But one thing I might propose is to work one month night shifts and one month day shifts and repeat the cycle. Is this possible? Is this a good way to have a night shift job but still be social? All of this is if I get chosen of course. Any help is appreciated!
