Is it weird to tell pregnant women "I hope you have a safe and healthy delivery"?

hi, usually when i talk to pregnant women on reddit, i tell them "hope you have a safe and healthy delivery", but i haven't seen anybody else say this?? is there a more normal way to say this, or should i just say congratulations?? also what do i say to someone who lost their baby or had a miscarriage??
