How to use the bathroom sitting down NWB

Hi guys, a vulnerable and embarrassing question here. Post ankle Op day 2.

I’m a guy so I can pee standing up with my crutches no problem.

I’ve tried to sit to go number two (which is not working yet, guess I gotta keep taking those stool softeners) and im too nervous to put my operative leg down and end up just giving up anyway.

Im supposed to be fully NWB but would I be ok to rest my heel in the ground? Do you recommend I get a box to prop my leg up on? This is so embarrassing and help is appreciated.
