No more porn

I read a post about how porn ruined someone's life. I think my mental health is taking a hit by watching porn also. I think its fucking me up mentally, i keep going down this rabbit hole of more and more fucked up niche porn. Like what the fuck is futa ntr bastard. Whatever dude. Im quitting porn for good. But there is a catch. My main issue with porn is its making the sensual threshold higher and higher. The porn you watched yesterday is not good enough, you start to crave variety and new genres, which ultimately will lead to doom. That out of the way, I don't think masturbation itself is a bad thing. I think its quite natural, but i still need some kind of materials to get off. Stories and comics are the same thing as porn. I think i will stick with pictures.
