Can someone explain what the “12” is for…?

I hope it’s not so obvious because I’ve been racking my brain for hours and cannot figure out the significance of the “12” in UND12PUTED.

I originally thought number of wins this season or number of championships but it’s obviously not that.

Help me regain my sanity!
