Confused help me choose

First Swiss purchase, love the Rolex Daytona but not willing to pay above retail or play the relationship game. Been tracking Omega for a long time and decided I wanted to buy the SMP white. Emailed boutique yesterday and they called today to say they had the white in stock. Went to the boutique to try and loved how it looks and feels. Asked if they had received any of the new meteorites and they said we just got 1 of each black and blue pieces today. I tried out the blue meteorite and I think I love it more than the white SMP. Meteroite is a tad bigger diameter which I like, though it’s thicker than the SMP. The 2x price also is something I am not sure if it will hold value long term. So confused, help me with some pros and cons. What do yall think?
