How would the SCP Foundation contain you OC?

What is the S.C.P (special containment procedure)? If containment is impossible, how would the foundation hide your oc's existence from the public? If even that is impossible, how would the foundation protect humanity from your oc?

Here's mine oc: Pera is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment unit. Her meal must contain at least 4 soft-boiled eggs every week. Every 2 weeks, one or multiple high rank MTF officers will be sent in to have "sparing match" with Pera in order to ensure her entrainment. Any request made by Pera must be reviewed by the site director. There's been suggestions for Pera to join a MTF unit, specifically MTF Alpha - 9 (The Last Hope). These suggestions are still under consideration.
