why aren’t all obese people on ozempic ?

sorry in advance if this comes off as insensitive or inappropriate it is not my intention at all I’m just trying to understand

i know many obese people ( severely obese not overweight ) who struggle with their health , knee and joints pain, sugar cravings , pcos , insulin resistance and many other problems ( one of these people is a close friend of mine but I would never comment on her weight ) like their extra weight is clearly negatively affecting their life and their health overall even if they aren’t diabetic especially that they’re young adults

i live in europe , ozempic is taken in charge by social security so nobody is paying out of his pocket for it

If it’s genuinely a miracle drug, and it is revolutionary and designed to help people solve a main issue in their life whether physically mentally and emotionally why don’t they take it ? they might be ok being obese maybe but as someone who is struggling I can confirm that 99% aren’t satisfied with being obese as I can’t do anything normally and do not take pleasure in daily activities like walking for example

thanks a lot
