need recs for myoinositol

I’ve heard a lot of good thing about myoinositol, and wanted to try it for myself to manage my symptoms of constant hair fall, crazy PMS, and other PCOS related annoying stuff. Any recs for specific brands that people like or feel is effective for them? I don’t have a specific budget. Thanks!
