Double reversal question: what should I pay on my due date?

Hi all! So in my UB Virtual CC, nagka fraudulent transaction which was in 899 CNY eh wala naman ako transaction na CNY before and the amount in Peso at the time was 7.4k. So syempre tumawag ako, then after the call, nagkaron ng temporary reversal for the transaction worth 7.4k.

However after a few days, without my intervention, the merchant itself reversed the transaction but due to foreign currency differences, 7.2k lang ni-reverse. Called UB again and nag-reverse uli sila ng 200 pesos to cover the foreign currency difference.

However, I noticed that the temporary reversal is still there hence parang nagka double "payment", which resulted to a credit balance sa credit card ko. I asked the customer service if kailan marereverse yung temporary reversal but sabi nya after investigation pa daw which is 45-60 days pa. Then, I asked if I should pay what I truly swiped for the whole month (not including the fraudulent transaction) and she said yes naman.

But tumawag uli ako sa customer service to make sure and this second girl said no, bayaran ko lang daw yung nasa statement balance ko, which is far lesser than what I actually swiped for the month hence my confusion.

What should I do? Di ko naman gusto magkaron ng interest charges (if possible yun) or maaffect yung credit score ko if di ko binayaran what I actually swiped for the month, and ayoko rin naman magkaron ng "overpayment" ulit because of the double reversal because it may affect my utilization rate. Hoping for a clear answer regarding this! Thanks!
