I’m at a loss.

I feel like my relationship is crumbling. I'm getting way too upset over little things and since he's my person he ends up dealing with all my emotions. He tries really hard to be patient and supportive, but I find myself pushing him away, and it just leads to bigger fights. I love him and our relationship so much, and I really don’t want to lose it. What can I do to handle my feelings better and not let them affect him as much? What has worked for your relationship?
