Things with bringing from Abroad for new build.?

I live abroad and going to PK soon. I get things on MSRP send l and sometimes on discount. I am thinking about a new build as older workstation in pak completed it's life.

I am looking for help with what's available in pak and what not. I'm thinking to build a setup for at least 5+ years. I do gaming and heavy multi tasking sometimes rendering too.

Can anyone confirm updated prices and availability in Pakistan.

Am5 motherboard Rayzen 9700X or Amd Epyc 4464p RTX 5080 Ram, Nvme and anything else etc i know can be easily bought in Pakistan.

Also you can help me choose or change build if you think it will be more valuable in a longer run.
