Sick pea puffer?

Is he ok? Normally he’s zooming around the tank, but he’s been still all day and hiding. He’s dewormed, water parameters are up to par, and not getting bullied by his other tank mates. When I tried feeding him frozen bloodworms (as normal) he ate it, spat it out, and swam away. (Just did a water change)
