2 weeks post op heart issues

Hi. Had nuss correction of HI 3.5 with 1 bar 2 weeks ago. 33 years old. A few complications, had pleural effusion and had to drain my lungs twice week 1 and week 2. and 2 days after surgery I had heart fibrillation that lasted for 10 hours that they had to get back to sinus rythm by electro shock/ conversion.

Pain is better now so that’s going in the right direction. Biggest problem now is that the heart palpitations and fibrillation is back, and escalating, seemingly triggered by sudden movement, standing up fast or lying down in certain positions (still just on my back of course) chest feels tight which is to be expected with a bar in, but it also shifts so it feels tighter with activity, and also when having heart palpitations. Which I find scary and weird.

I’m trying to get as much help as possible for this but so far no ultrasound or extra check of the heart except ECG, and I was put on a anti coagulant and because my fibrillation escalated, beta blockers.

I’ve been told this isn’t normal. Anyone with similar experience?
