5'1" 125 lbs to 110 lbs in 6 months
Thought it might be interesting to post my graph, since I did end up with somewhere around 0.5-1lbs lost per week. I did overshoot a bit in the last few days so it's not perfectly 110 right now, but it definitely is a stable 110 or less right now.
I was 105 lbs before college, and then gained 20 lbs during it. 125 is in the healthy range for 5'1", but I had some issues with low blood pressure and high cholestorol as well as some increased PCOS symptoms, so I wanted to get back down. I walked a mile or two every day at that point, but no intense forms of exercise.
Something interesting is that when I took measurements, my breast size and butt stayed the same before and after, while my waist lost an inch. And turns out the chunky upper arms, back, and jaw were actually on the chopping block as well, but I'd never gotten to that point before.
Also interesting is that I was smaller physically than I was at 105 starting at 115, based on what pants fit, and am now a size below. I did HIIT a couple times a week but that seems like too much of a difference for just muscle weight.
Don't really know what to do next. I do want to bulk eventually, but I don't know if I should try to go down to 105 and see if that cuts some of the lower body fat that hasn't budged, or start it now.
