PI Network Forgotten password without linking facebook account

Hi, I Have mined PI Network for almost one and half years while switching mobile I lost the account's password and tried to do the steps which they mentioned lost more than 200 rupees just for recharging and sending SMS to the US. Also made contact support they just have automated message which gives us the same steps I have gone through several times. Over two years I tried and kept giving up several times and now I am here tried once again and then googling to search solution on the reddit. I see that there are several members already made same question and solution is from Auto mod repeating same answers which they repeated on the mails. There is literally 0 live support or contact support to help users for this solution and we are living in almost 2025 where there is no email, phone or any good ways to recover our accounts
