Bad habits to get rid of from playing years of high level tennis?
As the title says haha hey y’all so a lil about me is that I played D1 college tennis and started playing more 5.0-Open/Pro level games. As I play more higher level comp games, I’ve noticed some of my habits from tennis show up. Sometimes just technique wise; like using my body on speed ups making it obvious or holding the paddle too loose and trying to roll over the ball on cross court forehand dunks but also sometimes play making/fundemental strategy wise like dinking too cross court on hard to reach dunks resulting to feeding an atp or just too hard speed ups giving me or my partner no time to counter. It got me thinking like what other nuances or habits from tennis folks have had to unlearn in order to advance in this sport. Would like to hear some of yalls
