Can't access my Pokemon Home

My switch and phone both had an error code of 9012. Then I cleared the cache on my phone now it gives me communication error:800 detail error:100104. Reinstalled it on my switch and got error code:500. Not sure what I can do to fix these? Can anyone help me?
