Where do I sell Pokemon cards?

Hello guys! I was collecting Pokemon tcg in 90s when I was a kid. Haven’t played or collected them since and have totally forgotten about them. I found them in my closet recently and was wondering whether they even cost anything at all. Hence 2 questions: 1) where do I check prices? 2) How do I sell them if I’m from Russia?
