Where does Hajun from Shinza actually scale?

Some say he caps at 5D, some says High Outerversal, and some of them says he is Infinite 1-S Transcendence

I want an accurate scaling for him posted in comments (if not 100% I want at least 80-90% accurate and most people agreed on his scaling)
