Tips for duel (noob)

Hi guys

I'm not a new player, but after years of sucking in duel, i decided to try hard and get a decent level on this gamemode. My aiming level is decent (except rail maybe ?) but i don't think it's my main weak point.

As you can guess, i get crushed by ql veteran on every duel i play. After first kill, the game is almost over. They get full map control, they cycle items, and just rush me with 200/200 without any fear. Of course, in such shitty condition, it's impossible to time count on item spawning, and even if i keep count, it's almost impossible to pick them up without getting fraged.

How to reverse situation like that ? I tried being snikky with rail, but for every hit i can make, i take also one rail. I tried ambush with rl but also not bery effective. I tried suicid attack to make them low and hope to reverse situation on next spawn considering my enemy is low, but doesn't work either. It seems that without a very good aim (especialy rail), you can't do anything.

Also, do you have a solution to keep item time despite getting killed every 30 sec ?
