Favourite literary characters?

I don't really see this asked often (I'm sure it's been asked though).

I first thought of some Dickens characters, always liked Quilp, Weckford Squeers, Alex from A Clockwork Orange, Huckleberry Finn, he seemed like a fun guy, Andrei from War and Peace.
